Beena Dhyani is Corporate & Personnel Administrator with overall responsibility for the management and development of all Openlabs people globally. In working closely with the senior leadership Beena develops and implements company-wide strategies which ensures that Openlabs is a great place to work in.
Since joining Openlabs in 2009 as a recruitment officer, she has been instrumental in the establishment and growth of Openlabs development centers in India.

Beena graduated with a masters degree in Management from National Institute of Management and Technology.
